In the 1960s, he lived in Dublin and besides his work in advertising, marketing, counseling, and hypnotherapy, he also edited “Scene,” a weekly news magazine run by art director Jim Fitzpatrick. As an eighteen-year-old, he got employment as a reporter with the “Belfast Telegraph.” Only aged twenty-four he became Ireland’s newspaper editor.
